Do’s
DO check whether or not your restaurant requires RSVPs. Â
Before visiting a restaurant such as Osteria Gia, you would need to ensure that you have made a reservation. If not, you would need to be placed on the waiting list. You might need to wait for more than 1 hour.
DO check whether or not the restaurant is open.Â
Some restaurants might not put a notice that they are not open during their opening hours. Therefore, it is good to contact them before you make a trip there. This is especially when the restaurant is located far from where you live.
DO check whether or not the restaurant has a 1-hour dining limit.Â
Many restaurants such as Osteria Gia would only allow you to dine in for 1 hour. If you want to have a longer meeting option, it would be good to meet somewhere else.
Don’ts
DON’T suddenly show up in front of the restaurant.
There are restaurants such as Subway that have a waiting list from lunch until dinner.
DON’T plan an office day in the restaurant (You have to check beforehand).
There are restaurants that do not provide free Wifi, no matter how great the atmosphere is.
